Reporting to the Senior Scientist II, you'll be integral to our R&D efforts, executing and mentoring advanced preclinical projects. Your background in lipid nanoparticle technology will be essential for translating complex data into tangible recommendations. We are looking for a flexible and proactive communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor team members while leading preclinical research
• Design and execute experiments for formulation performance
• Analyze and present data, translating findings into insights
• Collaborate across teams to foster innovation
• Assist in writing reports and patent applications
Requirements:
• PhD in relevant sciences with 5-7+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in in vivo and in vitro methodologies
• Strong track record of project leadership and innovation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Lifelong learner with proactive approach
