Position: HDR Pediatric Practice Leadership
Drive pediatric healthcare design initiatives as HDR’s Pediatric Practice Leader. This role maintains hands-on leadership while directing strategic growth and innovation.
As the Director for HDR's Pediatric Practice, you will play a crucial role in establishing best practices to enhance family-centered care and outpatient environments. With your extensive experience, you’ll implement sustainable design strategies that align with the evolving needs of pediatric health systems. Your leadership will inspire cross-functional collaboration to create spaces that truly support child welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic growth initiatives for HDR’s Pediatric division

• Engage directly in project leadership and clinical insights

• Foster innovation and design excellence across pediatric work

• Mentor a specialized team to enhance pediatric design expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

• 12 years of relevant architectural experience

• Proven track record in pediatric health design

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Commitment to sustainability and community-focused design
