This position involves supporting the Principal Investigator in research tasks, participant management, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards. Leverage your skills in data analysis, participant coordination, and compliance while working in a diverse research environment focused on gynecological health. This role significantly contributes to ongoing studies aimed at improving early detection of gynecologic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage clinical assessments for research participants
• Document clinical observations and manage patient data accurately
• Assist in preparing and updating study protocols and SOPs
• Facilitate research ethics applications and liaise with community partners
• Supervise and guide junior trainees in study procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum two years relevant experience in research
• High school graduation and additional training in a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis
Make a significant contribution to women's health research through ethical and efficient clinical practices at UBC's Uterine Health Research Lab.
