Join Dr. Tamara Vanderwal's team to explore neural responses in adolescents dealing with depression. This position requires technical skills, including coding and the operation of sensitive equipment, along with excellent people skills to connect with families. As a key member of the lab, your contributions will directly support innovative research aimed at understanding child mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare research ethics applications and synthesize team insights
• Create and manage REDCap databases for studies
• Lead recruitment activities for research projects
• Coordinate MRI study visits and ensure participant comfort
• Conduct preliminary data analyses and maintain research data organization
Requirements:
• High school graduation with two years' relevant experience
• Familiarity with clinical research and ethics applications
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
• Basic coding knowledge and experience with software platforms
• Ability to work independently and supervise students
