Join the research team at UBC as a Research Assistant 3 and focus on qualitative studies to understand student loneliness. Collaborate on participant recruitment, data organization, and manuscript preparation.
Positioned within the Centre for Health Education Scholarship (CHES), you will report to the Principal Investigator while working closely with fellow researchers.
Your role will involve assisting in creating study materials, analyzing qualitative data, and fostering teamwork to achieve project goals. This position aims to enhance knowledge of health professions educational experiences
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate data collection through artistic methods and interviews
• Support literature searches and prepare detailed summaries
• Engage collaboratively with investigators for effective communication
• Assist in drafting and disseminating research results
• Strictly secure data in adherence with ethics policies
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or technical program completion with related experience
• Ability to engage respectfully with diverse perspectives
• Familiarity with qualitative research analysis techniques
• Strong communication skills for research documentation
• Ability to assist with logistical and administrative support
