Manager for Addiction Research Programs

Lead addiction research initiatives at the British Columbia Centre on Substance Use as a Research Project Manager. Manage program evaluations and support project activities to ensure impactful treatment strategies.

In this role, you will oversee the Road to Recovery program's research efforts, ensuring projects stay aligned with timelines and standards. Work alongside healthcare professionals and stakeholders to refine evaluation practices and gather meaningful data to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day management of research projects

• Organize data collection processes and maintain standards

• Guide evaluation staff in project activities

• Collaborate across research and operational teams

• Generate insightful reports and research outputs

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in relevant field preferred

• Minimum three years’ experience in healthcare project management

• Familiarity with ethics and regulatory requirements

• Proficiency in managing research and grant-based projects

• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
