As a key member of the PIONEER experiment team, you’ll carry out vital sensor characterizations and data analyses. You will apply TPA techniques to optimize LGAD performance while collaborating within TRIUMF’s experimental settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct measurements of various LGAD sensors
• Analyze data and compare findings with simulations
• Present experimental results to peers
• Engage with historical LGAD data from the M20 muon beamline
• Experiment with a liquid-xenon purity monitor
Requirements:
• Hands-on laboratory experience is essential
• Proficiency in C++ or Python programming
