You will work within the Canadian Emergency Department Research Network (CEDRN) and collaborate with the Canadian Sentinel Practitioner Surveillance Network (SPSN), focusing on innovative research methodologies.
Your role will involve extensive data collection and reporting, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols while directly influencing public health preparedness efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate multi-site research projects
• Create standard operating procedures for data capture
• Analyze epidemiological data to inform health policies
• Draft reports and academic papers for stakeholder dissemination
• Supervise research activities and support graduate students
Requirements:
• Completion of a university degree in relevant fields
• At least four years of related research experience
• Strong proficiency in epidemiological techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Background in emergency medicine or public health is beneficial
