In this senior role, you’ll manage intricate research projects, engaging with families and clinical teams to foster understanding of rare genetic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide planning for research activities within the Precision Health Initiative

• Identify and pursue new research opportunities and collaborations

• Evaluate and adjust research strategies as needed

• Craft and oversee data-sharing agreements and ethics protocols

• Present findings through various dissemination methods

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree with at least 4 years of experience

• Preferred Master’s in Genetic Counselling or related

• Certification eligibility in Canadian or American Board

• Experience in academic research project management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
