Position: Junior Coordinator for Hematology Research Program
The University of British Columbia is hiring a Junior Research Coordinator for its Hematology Research Program. Ensure compliance and facilitate research studies by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

In this impactful role, you will support the execution of clinical trials from initiation to closure, working under the supervision of various managers and Principal Investigators. You'll be integral to maintaining high ethical standards, obtaining necessary approvals, and interacting with medical staff and regulatory agencies. This requires excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical research studies under supervision

• Develop study protocols and assist in securing funding

• Keep accurate trial regulatory and study documents

• Consent and educate participants on study requirements

• Monitor progress and ensure patient safety throughout studies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree relating to research and four years of relevant experience

• Experience with clinical trials or hematology preferred

• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities

• Self-directed and capable of working efficiently under pressure

• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines essential
