As part of our growing team, you will lead archaeological impact assessments, manage project budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Applicants should have a degree in Archaeology or a related field with over three years of supervisory experience. This role also requires an ability to foster relationships with First Nations communities, while promoting safety and innovation in our methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct up to 10 archaeologists for assessments
• Manage client deliverables and budgets
• Ensure quality standards for reports
• Incorporate data from various sources into assessments
• Liaise with First Nations communities on projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Archaeology or Anthropology
• Minimum 3 years in supervising field projects
• Permit Holder status in BC
• Strong report writing and editing skills
• Valid BC driver’s license and required certifications
