Nano Vation Therapeutics, located in Vancouver, seeks a collaborative and driven Scientist I for preclinical research. This role emphasizes hands-on experience with lipid nanoparticle applications, as well as a proven ability to translate research data into actionable insights. You'll work in a dynamic environment supporting various research projects and advancing the company's preclinical pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and mentor ex vivo and in vitro research
• Design and troubleshoot preclinical activities independently
• Process samples for assays including RNA and protein extraction
• Maintain thorough documentation following SOPs
• Communicate challenges and propose innovative solutions
Requirements:
• PhD in Immunology or related field with 5+ years experience
• Expertise in preclinical methodologies and nanoparticle application
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring team members
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
