Lead client research and discovery as a User Research Analyst in Vancouver, using qualitative analysis and facilitation within a hybrid model.
Smart, Savvy + Associates partners with Technical Safety BC on a newly created User Research Analyst role. You will support a major business transformation initiative through participant recruitment, interviews, focus groups, qualitative analysis, and research design. Embedded in a cross-functional project team, you will independently determine whom to hear from, identify patterns, and recommend next steps.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit clients using screeners, outreach, and participant pipelines
- Lead focus groups, interviews, and discovery activities
- Analyze qualitative research for patterns and emerging needs
- Synthesize findings into practical insights for decision-makers
- Conduct continuous discovery as client changes develop
- Five or more years conducting user, client, market, or applied research
- Strong facilitation and independent interview leadership skills
- Qualitative analysis, synthesis, and saturation assessment experience
- Ability to translate findings for varied audiences
- Strong organization, project management, and stakeholder skills
