Help AbCellera advance antibody medicines through protein characterization, analytical development, and rigorous separation science. The work supports early phase monoclonal antibody CMC programs.
This Scientist II or Senior Scientist role focuses on building capabilities to analyze and characterize proteins. You will develop and optimize separations based workflows using techniques including SEC, RP LC, CE, and icIEF. You will generate data, interpret results, and guide technical work with CMC teams. The position also includes mentoring junior scientists and communicating findings that support regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support release testing and product characterization methods
- Generate data for method development and qualification
- Provide technical guidance to CMC technical teams
- Interpret and present analytical investigation results
- Mentor junior team members in separation science
- PhD in biology, biochemistry, chemical biology, or related discipline
- Two to five years industry experience for Scientist II
- Five plus years industry experience for Senior Scientist
- Protein separation and biophysical characterization expertise
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH CMC requirements
Use protein analytics and separation science expertise to strengthen AbCellera’s antibody development and CMC activities.
