As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, mastering your food & beverage craft, collaborating with friends, and meeting new people every day. Coffee and a smile can make each customer’s day brighter.

• No previous experience required.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety.
• Engage customers, discovering and responding to their needs through clear communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, adapting ingredients as needed.
• Perform a variety of store tasks during each shift.

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Build positive relationships.
