We’re currently seeking a knowledgeable and fashion-savvy In-House Buyer to join our team and help us source and curate the best in pre-loved luxury fashion.

Position Summary:
As an In-House Buyer, you will be responsible for evaluating, authenticating, and purchasing pre-owned designer items from clients. You’ll use your keen eye for fashion, understanding of luxury markets, and pricing strategy to ensure our inventory is both trend-relevant and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and authenticate designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories
• Negotiate pricing and offers with sellers (walk-ins, appointments, consignors)
• Stay updated on market trends, resale values, and in-demand brands
• Curate inventory that aligns with the brand’s image and customer demand
• Work collaboratively with the sales and e-commerce teams for smooth intake and listings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury clients and consignors
• Help maintain inventory control and data accuracy during intake

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in luxury retail, buying, or fashion resale (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of designer brands, current trends, and market pricing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with authentication techniques and resale pricing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Competitive hourly wage + commission/bonus structure
