Summary
Support store operations by managing inventory and stock flow to ensure products are available for sales and clients receive excellent service. Execute back-end processes including deliveries, transfers, omnichannel order processing and use company systems to maintain operational efficiency and support the sales team.
Responsibilities- Maintain organization of sellable and non sellable products in the store
- Support sales teams with fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor
- Process deliveries and transfers within due dates to support sales
- Process omnichannel ship from store orders when applicable
Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock takes - Track and reconcile stock discrepancies and report losses or thefts
- Perform audits of stock movements including damaged and in transit items
- Assist with after sales processes such as returns and repairs
- Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Familiarity with company systems such as SAP and related tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control in product handling
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and management
- Ability to support loss prevention policies and related procedures
- Good organizational and operational efficiency skills
