    About the Role

    The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations and team management of the regional e‑commerce function (East or West). This role oversees fulfillment, product publishing, content execution, campaign merchandising, and team performance. The E-Commerce Manager ensures all digital operational processes meet brand standards, KPI expectations, and online sales goals.

    This role works cross‑functionally with Buying, Retail, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless inventory movement, timely campaign execution, and an elevated customer experience across all online touchpoints.

    What You’ll Do Leadership & People Management
    • Lead and manage the regional e‑commerce team, including interns, associates and photographers.
    • Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
    • Oversee scheduling, coverage planning, and PTO approvals, ensuring daily operational continuity.
    • Conduct weekly 1:1s and performance check‑ins; identify development opportunities and career paths.
    • Champion communication and recognition to build team engagement and ownership.
    Operational Management
    • Ensure regional e‑commerce operations meet fulfillment KPIs, sales goals, and operational expense targets.
    • Oversee all stages of product flow: intake → product prep → photography → publishing → fulfillment.
    • Maintain BOH standards across stores and ensure all products are handled according to Mine & Yours’ luxury values.
    • Track daily productivity and operational KPIs; identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
    • Develop, document, and enforce SOPs for consistency across locations.
    • Partner with Retail and Buying to anticipate intake volume and balance capacity accordingly.
    Content, Merchandising & Campaigns
    • Own the merchandising strategy for weekly product drops, collection launches, and campaign execution.
    • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure website content reflects current priorities and brand tone.
    • Oversee campaign product readiness, homepage refreshes, and promotional collection builds.
    • Support on‑model, editorial, and campaign shoots through scheduling, coordination, and creative direction as needed.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment on visual storytelling and product selection.
    Vendor & Business Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional e‑commerce vendors (couriers, shipping platforms, technology partners).
    • Manage vendor performance to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
    • Coordinate with Operations to ensure shipping, packaging, and delivery standards meet customer expectations.
    Innovation & Growth
    • Identify opportunities to elevate the online customer experience and drive efficiency through tools, technology, and automation.
    • Recommend digital workflow improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Partner with leadership to implement new systems and contribute to company‑wide ecommerce strategy.
    • Encourage team members to proactively share process improvement ideas and support innovation initiatives.
