Elevated customer interaction using the 6 steps of selling and service standards specific to the luxury category/brandExceed sales targets by consistently leveraging all available selling toolsUphold elevated Visual Merchandising standards, both in the front and back areas.Demonstrate ongoing enthusiasm for luxury retail or possess prior experience in this field.Exhibit a genuine passion for the brand or industry and remain actively informed about evolving market trendsDedication to continuous self-improvement through self-directed learningStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand image.Professionally interacts with all levels of management and business partnersBuild customer loyalty through easy access communication and serviceAdhere to company policies and procedures, utilizing visual guidelines to sustain visual standards.Know individual and store sales targets for every working shift.Engage customers on the selling floor with a focus on customer service.Maintain high energy and professional manner at all times.Solves customer problems and exceeds expectations in store.Services multiple customers using outstanding Customer Service standards.Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service.Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times.Effectively operate a cash registerKnow basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire storeBe knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facilityCommunicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with managementHelp maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise on store fixtures and displaysAssist with book inventory process (i.e., ordering, receiving, returns)Perform related work as assignedRequired Qualifications:
