Responsibilities Support meeting store sales targets and key performance indicators
Provide high level customer service and promote product styling and wardrobing
Schedule client appointments and maintain client records and follow up
Train store employees on customer service programs and sales processes
Assist with visual merchandising to align with brand standards
Help organize and execute stock inventory and stock take procedures
Implement loss prevention policies and ensure inventory control
Report staff strengths and development areas to management and suggest actions
Maintain safe working conditions and follow company policies
Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a client driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role
Leadership skills and at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in luxury or high end client based retail preferred
Four year degree or equivalent combination of work and experience preferred
Demonstrated ethical conduct and client focus
