Summary
As Store Manager for the Oakridge Park location, you will lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales. You will be accountable for achieving business targets through client development, floor management, and operational excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and a strong focus on building sustainable client relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales and performance objectives.
- Build and grow client portfolios, drive repurchase rates, and execute cross-selling initiatives.
- Act as a role model in selling and manage day-to-day sales floor operations.
- Oversee store operations and budget, identifying and implementing business opportunities to meet targets.
- Recruit, retain, and provide regular feedback and development plans for team members.
- Proven sales leadership in a sophisticated, client-centric luxury retail environment.
- Experience managing store operations, budgeting, and delivering commercial results.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Passion for being present on the sales floor and delivering exceptional client service.
