With enthusiasm for our loyalty program and the ability to flex across various store zones, you will actively contribute to a positive shopping experience. You're passionate about helping guests discover just what they need and proactively resolving any concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest

• Educate guests about Aerie and AE products

• Promote loyalty program and brand initiatives

• Flexibly work in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Address guest needs while following company policies

Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with customers

• Previous retail experience required

• Energetic with multitasking abilities

• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be 18 years or older
