Reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Manager, this part-time position allows you to support various teams across the organization, including warehouse and e-commerce. You will drive improvements in fulfillment performance, ensuring orders are handled promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize fulfillment processes with other leads
• Ensure timely processing and shipping of orders
• Conduct daily data entry and reporting
• Assist retail team in receiving and putting away stock
• Track inventory levels and coordinate online returns
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Composed attitude when under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to seek assistance
• Experience with Shopify and warehouse systems is beneficial
• Calm, confident demeanor in a fast-paced setting
