Position: Allocation Coordinator )

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Allocation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for allocating products to retail stores and counters to ensure optimal stock levels, support sales performance, and reduce overstock or stock-outs. You’ll work closely with the merchandising, planning, and retail operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in the retail industry, inventory management, or ERP system maintenance is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  • Generate and maintain regular allocation and inventory reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, allocation, or data analysis is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and reports.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and operational priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to Toronto for an initial one-month onboarding and training period, with occasional business travel thereafter (approximately 1–3 times per year for 1–2 weeks each visit) as required.
