RV Station Specialist -(Seasonal- Part Time

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform exterior and interior cleaning of campers ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.
• Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians (Candidate must be at least 18 years of age to operate company vehicles).
• Explain and create a positive customer experience when hand over keys to customers during pickup and return, making the journey unforgettable.
• Manage payment processes, check in rental payments and collect security deposits.
• Support station team with all daily tasks and ensure customers leave prepared for adventure.
• Work hand in hand with Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Be a self‑starter who embraces a hands‑on approach to get the job done.

• Experience in providing world‑class customer service.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• Ability to drive company vehicles; must be at least 18 years of age.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

  Pay Range: $23.00 to $24.00 (based on experience).
• Working mostly outdoors.
