Position: Key Lead for Store Leadership at A&F Co.

As a Key Lead, you will play a crucial role in the store’s leadership team, balancing customer satisfaction with sales performance. You’ll coach Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Key tasks include managing point-of-sale transactions and protecting store assets through inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct opening and closing routines thoroughly

• Operate register and point-of-sale systems accurately

• Process OMNI channel orders without errors

• Design and maintain attractive visual displays

• Analyze data to inform operational decisions
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred

• Excellent customer-focused communication skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends

• Energetic, assertive, and flexible work ethic
