As a Client Advisor at FENDI, you will drive sales while delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Possessing strong drive for results and excellent interpersonal skills, your role will involve maintaining client correspondence and addressing various inquiries. You will also ensure store policies are upheld and operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve all KPIs and uphold CRM standards
• Foster solid client relationships and follow up on inquiries
• Participate in stocking inventories and assist special requests
• Maintain a polished professional appearance and brand representation
• Help with training and mentoring new advisors
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail or related field
• Goal-oriented with excellent communication abilities
• Functional expertise in POS systems and software
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift weights up to 10 lbs
