Summary
The Retail Support Associate assists the store team with operational duties to improve store productivity and performance, handling shipments, inventory tasks, basic repairs, and supporting the sales floor.
Responsibilities- Report to Store Manager and perform assigned work duties
- Monitor shipments and follow up on discrepancies
- Assist with yearend inventory counts and preparation
- Prepare shipping paperwork and determine shipping methods
- Maintain neat and orderly stock areas per company standards
- Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
- Conduct box counts and validate against bills of lading
- Assist selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
- Perform deliveries and receive merchandise onto the selling floor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented and task focused
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and a positive team player attitude
- Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
