Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and exceed assigned sales goals by building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Tailor the in-store experience using clienteling tools and detailed product knowledge while maintaining professional appearance and store standards. Support daily store operations and contribute to team performance through collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities- Achieve client advisor metrics, CRM requirements, and individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain client books; follow up on client inquiries and correspondence.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Perform stocking/restocking and regular store maintenance; support visual merchandising with direction from VM and management.
- Use POS and other software accurately to update customer database and manage inventory functions.
- Participate in opening/closing procedures, team meetings, and training of new advisors.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years'' experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma; strong digital literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; foreign language skills a plus.
- Ability to use POS systems and inventory functions; RTW experience preferred.
- Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
