Job Summary

Location:

Vancouver Shoe Boutique (in Holt Renfrew).

Reports to:

Shoe Boutique Manager.

Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and on the phone, respond promptly to internal and external queries, keep clients informed.
• Provide high-level customer service to colleagues, assist on shop floor as needed, greet clients, present new collections, escort clients to the door.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management and CHANEL Head Office.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels.
• Accurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors.
• Maintain memos, information notices, and ensure confidentiality.
• Inventory management: shipments, transfers, cycle counts, consolidation.
• Execute after‑sales tasks (send sales, repairs, etc.).
• Maintain inventory integrity and organization.
• Partner with FAs for BOH organization and secondary stockroom organization.
• Keep back‑office areas clean and tidy; prepare and stock cash and wrap stations.

• 1-3 years of retail operations and/or stock experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Customer service oriented, detail‑oriented, excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with different departments and teams.
• Fluent in English; second language a plus.
