As a Client Advisor, you will leverage your strong interpersonal skills and luxury retail experience to exceed store and individual sales goals. You will actively engage in building a loyal clientele and handling special requests, reinforcing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Participating in team meetings and following store guidelines will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed all sales and KPI benchmarks
• Build and nurture client relationships for loyalty
• Assist with store stocking and maintenance as needed
• Follow store procedures and visual merchandising guidelines
• Participate in training and development of team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail
• Strong results-driven mindset and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use POS effectively and manage inventory
• Team-oriented individual who promotes positivity
• Capability to lift weights up to 10 lbs
