You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a retail associate, which we call an omni advisor at Best Buy.
As a retail associate, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade‑ins and more. No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.
Responsibilities Help customers find the perfect product or service
Process customers’ purchases at the checkout
Process returns, trade‑ins and more at the customer service counter
Create an amazing customer experience while answering questions and sharing enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tech
Qualifications Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
