As a key member of the Store Leadership Team, you will oversee the front of house Sales Support team while reporting directly to the Store Director. Your primary responsibilities include enhancing client interactions, managing sales transactions, and training Sales Support Associates. You will maintain store standards, handle cash, and address customer satisfaction issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with professionalism at all times
• Manage incoming product repairs and client correspondence
• Train and develop Sales Support team members
• Ensure showroom appearance and inventory accuracy
• Support sales consultants during busy periods
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance with safety protocols
