Evorden is searching for a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist passionate about fine jewellery. You will conduct in-store consultations, manage email inquiries, and assist with order preparations. Your polished presentation will provide a warm, inviting experience for clients in a chic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-store consultations for jewellery purchases
• Provide timely customer service via email communications
• Pack and prepare jewellery orders for pickup and shipping
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organized studio space
• Support daily studio operations and upkeep
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized mindset
• Experience in fine jewellery or luxury retail preferred
