We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a polished retail environment, loves fine jewellery, and is excited to help clients bring their vision to life.
Responsibilities Conduct in-store consultations and assist clients with jewellery inquiries and purchases
Provide professional and timely customer service via email correspondence
Assist with packing and preparing orders for pickup and shipping
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom and studio
Support day-to-day studio organization and general upkeep
Qualifications High school diploma or higher
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
Experience in fine jewellery, luxury retail, or the jewellery industry is considered an asset and will be reflected in compensation
Comfortable maintaining a polished, semi-formal/chic professional appearance
Hours & Schedule This position is for a minimum of 30 hours a week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours per week after training is complete. Required working hours are Wednesday to Friday from 10:15am-6:15pm, and Saturday from 10:15am-4:15pm.

Compensation $24-28 per hour, depending on industry-related experience.
