Overview Join Vancouver’s luxury retail scene as a Team Lead for Watches & Fine Jewelry. This leadership role emphasizes mentorship and client experience excellence within the boutique. As the Watches & Fine Jewelry Team Lead, you will guide and develop a high-performing sales team while ensuring operational and brand standard compliance. You will focus on coaching and mentoring the sales specialists and driving team sales strategies.
Your deep product knowledge will enhance client engagements and foster loyalty through personalized service.
Responsibilities Mentor W&FJ Sales Specialists through training and feedback
Drive sales performance by supporting target setting
Cultivate long-term client relationships with exceptional service
Ensure operational standards in inventory management and merchandising
Work with Boutique Manager on staffing and product launches
Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant sales experience
Leadership experience in luxury retail environments
Proven success in meeting sales targets
Excellent communication skills for effective clients
Detail-oriented in boutique visual standards
