The gift shop in Horseshoe Bay is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Specialist. In this casual role, you'll maintain shop standards, collaborate with Merchandisers on product displays, and coach staff on best practices. Your analytical skills will help optimize financial goals by using data from multiple sources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Merchandise new stock effectively and attractively
• Collaborate with Merchandisers to maintain planogram vision
• Coach staff on loss prevention and retail policies
• Analyze sales data to meet financial objectives
• Provide excellent customer service to every visitor
Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
• 3-5 years of customer service experience, retail preferred
• 2-3 years in merchandising and display
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
