As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you will oversee store operations, lead and supervise store associates , and ensure that customer service standards and safety guidelines are consistently met.

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising store associates , providing guidance and support to maintain high productivity and morale. You will manage store merchandising , oversee shelf stocking , and handle boxing and unboxing daily shipments to keep shelves well-stocked and visually appealing.

In this role, you will implement visual merchandising standards based on company strategy, address customer complaints promptly, and ensure store safety and cleanliness . You will also perform cash management , store opening and closing duties, participate in inventory processes, and support employee training and performance evaluations .

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the retail industry
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in team management
• Ambition to progress within the company
• Open availability required (day, evening, weekend shifts)
• Work schedule to be determined based on store operational needs
• Proven ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
• Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, high-volume environment
