Sales Associate (Full Time)

• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon arrival.
• Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support the development of client loyalty programs.
• Stay up to date on promotions, new arrivals, and brand stories to enhance customer engagement.
• Support store merchandising, display updates, and inventory replenishment.
• Continuously update knowledge about our products.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and a welcoming presence to engage with guests.
• Mandarin and English speaking are preferred.
• Previous retail and sales experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
