Part-Time Visitor Experience Associate

Enhance visitor experiences as a part-time Visitor Experience and Retail Associate with Vancouver Foodie Tours in Granville Island. Engage with guests, support bookings, and manage retail sales in a vibrant setting.

This role offers variable hours, typically 4–8 daily, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings. You will be the friendly face of both Vancouver Foodie Tours and Granville Island Delivery Co., sharing your expertise on tour offerings and efficiently handling reservations. Strong communication and hospitality skills are essential as you interact with customers and assist the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a welcoming brand ambassador for the company

• Explain tour details, pricing, and schedules to guests

• Manage reservations and on-the-spot bookings

• Communicate updates to the Sales and Operations teams

• Assist with retail sales and cash handling
Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to engage with visitors during busy periods

• Punctuality and professionalism in all interactions

• Willingness to learn and adapt swiftly

• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
