In this part-time role at one of Canada’s Top 50 Best Managed Companies, you will be responsible for helping customers with their wireless needs, from devices to plans and accessories. Your expertise and passion for technology will inspire customers and create loyalty, while your sales performance opens significant earning potential through commissions and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing the best wireless products

• Process sales and manage customer queries

• Ensure smooth new activations and upgrades

• Create a welcoming environment in the kiosk

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:

• Sales or retail experience is an asset

• Strong communication skills
