Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their shoe purchases and concerns

• Connect customers through in-shop events and engagements

• Drive personal sales while contributing to group goals

• Demonstrate shoe knowledge and offer styling suggestions

• Maintain tidy displays and manage POS transactions

Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends and 24 to 40 hours weekly

• Proficiency in technology, including retail POS systems

• Strong people skills with an emphasis on communication

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 25 pounds

• Knowledge and passion for the Fluevog brand
