As a key member of the Swatch team, you will report to the Store Manager and serve as a Brand Ambassador. Your responsibilities will span exceptional customer service, daily operational support, and maintaining visual standards to enhance the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries
• Achieve ambitious sales targets through engagement
• Assist with processing returns and managing inventory
• Maintain visual merchandising and store appearance
• Comply with workplace safety standards
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work 10–15 hours or more weekly
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Passion for customer service and sales excellence
• Creative approach to problem-solving and merchandising
• Experience in a retail setting preferred
