As an On-Site Retail Butcher, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and wrapping various meats. No formal qualifications are necessary, but relevant experience is a plus. Your primary focus will be ensuring a clean working environment while serving customers with high-quality meat products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, trim and prepare standard meat cuts
• Prepare fish steaks and fillets for sale
• Clean and maintain a safe workspace
• Sell meats directly to customers
• Display meats and poultry attractively
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a meat-related role is an asset
• Knowledge of health regulations and safety standards
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
• Must work on-site at the store location
Utilize your butchering skills to ensure customers receive the finest meat products, working directly in our retail environment.
