In this dynamic position, you will work with the Heart of House team to maintain high standards of service. You will engage diligently with clients and contribute to inventory management, ensuring the boutique operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
• Manage inventory tasks including cycles and transfers
• Assist customers on the sales floor when necessary
• Prepare packaging and ensure wrap stations are stocked
• Ensure confidentiality in all company matters
Requirements:
• At least 1-3 years in retail or stock operations
• Strong capability in customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English communication; second language is a plus
• Comfortable collaborating with various departments
