Bilingual Retail Counter Clerk

You will perform various customer service tasks, operate a point of sale system, and maintain knowledge of postal products. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse sales and customer service activities

• Operate the computerized point of sale system

• Process payments in cash, cheques, debit, and credit

• Receive, sort, and sequence incoming mail items

• Conduct inventory control and merchandising tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in retail customer service

• Sales experience considered an asset

• Bilingual in English and French required

• Ability to lift up to 22.7 kilograms

• Must pass pre-employment assessments
