As the Stage Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client services, training beauty advisors, and ensuring an engaging atmosphere in the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio. This position emphasizes operational efficiency, from managing class schedules to executing visual merchandising, enhancing client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio
• Ensure comprehensive training for all beauty advisors
• Oversee the online class reservation system
• Support visual merchandising and sales organization
• Engage with vendor representatives for effective training
Requirements:
• 2-4 years’ experience in a comparable position
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to attract talented team members
• Comfort working in a fragrance-filled space
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
