Paint Sales Associate

Position: Paint Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams
Deliver exceptional customer service as a Paint Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams in Vancouver, BC. Engage with commercial clients, solve challenges, and promote product solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs while providing expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products. As a critical point of contact, you will focus on customer satisfaction, and ensure that high-quality visual standards are maintained throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through on-point sales service

• Assist customers in-store and via phone to recommend products

• Build trust-based relationships with wholesale clients

• Accurately process sales transactions per company policies

• Maintain organized work order files and product formulas

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• One year of customer service or retail experience
