Elevate customer interactions as a Part-Time Senior Brand Ambassador with AEO. Share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products while delivering exceptional service to every guest.
In this part-time position, you'll utilize the AEO Selling Model to build loyalty and connect with customers. Key tasks include product education, promoting the AEO loyalty program, and adapting to various store zones such as Sales floor and Cash & Wrap. Your commitment to guest satisfaction will ensure each shopper has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to shoppers
• Flexibly assist across Sales floor and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns proactively and efficiently
Requirements:
• Passionate about customer interactions
• Retail experience preferred for smoother transition
• Flexible scheduling availability on evenings and weekends
• At least 18 years of age
• Energetic and multitasking abilities
