Position: Merchandiser at Shoppers Drug Mart
Enhance customer experience as a Merchandiser at Shoppers Drug Mart, focusing on health and beauty services. Engage in merchandising, inventory management, and customer service tasks.

In this role, you will work directly with merchandise organization and product displays. Your expertise in product inventory, along with strong customer service skills, will ensure a welcoming shopping environment. You will assist in managing stock, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize backroom product following BIMI processes

• Utilize PDT and MMS Systems for daily tasks

• Manage Exit Strategy and product returns as needed

• Maintain consumer-focused, effective product displays

• Support quality and standards with the Front Store Manager

Requirements:

• Relevant computer and cash register skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to handle customer orders efficiently

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
